New appointment at Centric HR – Helen Watkins MCIPD

Helen Watkins MCIPD - Centric HR

Due to our continued expansion we are pleased to announce that Helen Watkins MCIPD has joined Centric HR on a permanent basis as Head of HR Operations. Helen has been working with us for a while as an Associate Consultant and we are delighted she has accepted our invitation to join us.

Helen has 28 years’ experience managing people, with 12 years working in generalist roles in HR with an extensive knowledge of both not for profit and private sectors.

An exceptional HR practitioner, Helen is commercially aware, with specific experience in transformational change, operational HR, tribunals, pensions and auto enrolment.

Helen’s project management skills include experience of merging HR information systems and implementing HR software. Helen also chairs the Personnel, Finance and Premises Governance Board in a local school.
