The New Year not only provides an opportunity to reflect on how we will best shed those extra pounds we put on eating all that chocolate over the holidays, but it also brings about the holiday booking season.  The TV adverts and newspapers are packed with discounted travel opportunities and images of sun kissed beaches for us all to dream about and look forward to later in the year.

Managing annual leave can be easy if we know how to navigate it, however there are employers out there that struggle with the calculations and sometimes through no fault of their own make mistakes, ending up giving too much or too little leave.  Having some training and being given some pointers on the calculation methods can save employers from getting into a pickle when working out entitlements.
