Fixed Term position (could lead substantive role for the right person). Hours to be agreed.
Centric HR are growing and we’re currently managing a few projects where we need additional help with Employee Relations issues. From sickness management, disciplinary and grievance, redundancies, to the usual day-to-day operational management of employees.
Ideally you will be a seasoned operational HR practitioner who is qualified at CIPD Level 7 or the equivalent and will have great exposure of complicated casework and volume. You will need to be flexible as you may be asked to work with a client on site, travel to different sites within the midlands or work from the office in Rugeley.
However, fitting into our team and having the right attitude and behaviour is more important than anything else. You will need to be resilient, hard-working, flexible, able to work under pressure and have a sense of humour.
This role may help someone that has recently been redundant and whilst it is a 3-month fixed term contract – if the stars align and we obtain further contracts, this could be a fantastic substantive opportunity.
