Fiona Flaherty - Centric HR

Fiona Flaherty has 16 years’ experience of working in HR in the public sector, having worked in a range of senior HR generalist roles. Throughout this time, Fiona has led on significant workforce transformation programmes in local government delivering significant workforce efficiencies and has supported complex HR operational issues successfully through to Employment Tribunal stage. Fiona has spent the last 9 years working as a senior HR professional in the NHS, leading teams to enable them to respond to extremely challenging circumstances throughout the pandemic, and overseeing a range of complex HR issues in a highly regulated and high-pressure environment.

Fiona has a passion for helping people and providing an excellent standard of customer service. Fiona has a special interest in resolving complex people issues in a straight-forward way, and has a strong skill-set in conducting employment investigations.

Fiona is fully CIPD qualified and is working towards achieving Fellow status with CIPD.
