HR Typist / Note Taker
We would like to expand our independent HR administrator/typist pool to assist us in future work as we grow from strength to strength.
Ideally you will have had experience of taking accurate notes to support HR investigations and hearing panels for grievances and disciplinaries. We ask our HR administrators to either join us at the time and type statements as we interview individuals or provide audio files for transcription.
This would suit an independent or freelance person who can be flexible in terms of availability. You must be professional, have attention to detail, good typing skills, have a basic understanding of HR procedures and the patience to do investigation work – as well as be able to use your own initiative and have a good sense of humour!

Associate HR Consultant Professional
We would like to expand our associate HR consultant network to assist us in future work as we grow from strength to strength.
You will need to have a strong background as a generalist together with management consultancy experience and all-round commercial exposure to be comfortable building relationships with our clients.
Experience in managing employee relations issues, workforce planning, workforce efficiencies, transformational change, organisational design, and hands on operational HR support are all imperative skills. Experience of investigating contentious and complicated senior manager/director/CEO issues in either commercial or public sector environments would also be advantageous.
This would suit an independent or freelance consultant used to working on their own who can be flexible in terms of availability. You must hold a chartered or fellow CIPD qualification and have at least 5 years’ demonstrable evidence of working at a senior level. Being a team player, having the right attitude and being a joy to work with is key to any associate joining us.
